If there are adverse weather conditions that prevent the departure of the boat, and we cannot find an alternative date, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Adverse weather conditions are those that prevent the boat from leaving the port, or that the excursion cannot be carried out safely and comfortably for our clients.
Due to the constant changes in the weather, the weather forecast is always indicative, and Boating Lovers reserves the right to cancel up to one hour prior to departure, always advocating for the safety of our customers.
In no case may the excursion be shortened on the fly once it has begun, meaning a reduction in the rate.
If the client approves a change of date, but once accepted decides to cancel, the amount already paid cannot be refunded. The company is not obliged to change the client's dates (as long as the change of dates is not due to weather conditions).
If the client arrives late at his reservation time, the company is not obliged to give him more extra time. In the case that the client does not leave on time for company reasons, the company will compensate by offering more time to the client.
Once the reservation has been made, it will not be possible to cancel it, nor will the company be obliged to change the date of the reservation. Only in exceptional cases, the company will be able to modify the date of the reservation for the client, but in no case, with the exception of adverse weather conditions, will a refund of the amount paid be made.
We include soft drinks and snacks in the price of our rentals. However, if the client has any preference or food requirement, he/she can bring his/her own beverage or food on board. We recommend not to bring food that requires refrigeration or beverages that may cause stains on the upholstery.
In the case of having to pay it, the deposit will be given before the beginning of the rental, at the moment of formalizing the contract. The deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card.
